Personal touch neutralizer has to be used with Personal touch perm solutions 1 and 2.
Use
After rinsing hair with warm water, pour in a container 80 ml of neutralizer. Moist hair still rolled on rollers using a sponge. Setting time 8 minutes. Unroll hair from rollers and apply the rest of the product for other few minutes. Final treatment: rinse with warm water and go on with the styling.
