Personal Touch Deco Cream is a bleach in past of last generation. Quick, powerful and environmentally friendly, it replaces the bleaching powder. Moreover, it protects the hair, bleaches it at the highest levels and is a healthier alternative for operators.
How to Use: before taking the product, manipulate always the aluminium container for a few minutes, in order to homogenize the bleaching cream inside. Check always the bleaching process. At the end, rinse carefully and aboundantly.
